Withdrawal Prevention Program (W.P.P.)


This program is aimed at further education colleges. We provide a service that will significantly reduce drop out rates whilst improving retention rates. This program is aimed at students that have poor attendance especially in the core subjects.

We offer a wrap around service to the students in partnership with the college but independently of them. We establish what the barriers are to learning and offer a mentoring and holistic approach to prevent withdrawals. When required we will work with parents and carers to form a partnership that is focused on the student realising their ambitions.

Using inspirational guest speakers, bespoke mentoring and our "munch lunch", we build positive relationships and support young people to achieve and suc5eed. A celebration event at the end of the program underpins the success of each student.
